RETURN AND EXCHANGE

If you find any defects, receive the wrong item, encounter size issues, or find the style unsuitable, you may apply for a return within 3 business days on the Whatsapp.
 
 Defective or incorrect items can be returned or exchanged. For refunds, you may choose to receive Store Credit or a refund to your bank account. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
 

Returns or exchanges due to size or change of mind are accepted. Refunds for these reasons will be issued as Store Credit. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs for size or change of mind.


 Exchanges are subject to stock availability of the item(s) that you wish to exchange.


 Please do not return or exchange items at the store, as not all stores provide exchange services.
 
 The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchanged item is lower than the original item.

Top up is required if the exchange item value is higher than the original item.
 
 退换货政策 
 如果您发现您的商品有瑕疵、收错货、尺寸不合适、款式不适合等情况可在3天工作日内在Whatsapp进行申请。
 
 商品有瑕疵和收错货接受退货或换货,若有退款可以选择退去Store Credit或是 银行户口。

商品有瑕疵和收错货的退货或更换产品运费将由我们承担。

 

尺寸不合适和款式不合适接受退货或换货,若有退款会退去Store Credit

尺寸不合适和款式不合适更换产品的运费将由您自行承担。
 
 换货需视所需换货商品的库存情况而定。 
 
 请勿到门店退换货物,并非所有门店都提供换货服务。 
 
 如果换货商品的价格低于原商品,则不会退还差额。 如果换货商品的价格高于原商品,则需要补足差价。
 
EXCHANGE PROCESSING FEE

West Malaysia (RM8 for the exchange order which does not exceed MYR200) 

East Malaysia (RM20 for the exchange order which does not exceed MYR500)

The replacement items will be mailed to you once the exchange has been approved and processed.

All return/exchange requests will be processed within 5 working days upon receipt of returned items.

RETURN AND REFUND

Items except for underwear, necklace, and earrings can be returned if they have not been worn, altered, or washed.


 All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. 
 
 If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there shall not be any refund. 
 
 We will take 3 working days to inspect and confirm the returned items. The refund will be issued in the form of store credits.
 
 Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund via Store Credit within 5 working days after the confirmation. (valid for 365 days from the day of return).


 Store credit can be used to make future purchases through our website. 
 
 In the event that we send you a wrong item or the item is defective, we will send you a replacement item as agreed with you. 
 
 Should the item be out of stock, we will issue a refund via Store Credit.
 
 The refund to the bank account will be completed within 7-14 working days upon confirmation of the refund.
